2. Products
Our scope mounts are designed for historic military rifles and crafted with respect for each weapon’s original features. All products are protected by Italian and European patents. Images on the site are for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding.
3. Orders and Availability
Orders can be placed through the website. All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted and may choose to wait, replace the item, or request a refund.
4.Prices and Payments
Prices are in Euros, including VAT (unless otherwise stated). Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer in advance
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across Italy and major EU countries using trusted couriers. Delivery times vary by destination, generally within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, following the procedures outlined in the “Return Policy” section.
7. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty under Articles 128–135 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. 206/2005. In the event of defects, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with current legislation.
8.Limitation of Liability
Campanerut Marcello S.r.l. is not liable for damages resulting from improper or unauthorized use or modifications. Installation must follow the provided instructions.
9. Jurisdiction
For disputes involving consumers residing in Italy, jurisdiction lies with the consumer’s local court. Otherwise, the Court of Pordenone (Italy) has jurisdiction.
🔁 Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to Legislative Decree 206/2005, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. How to Exercise the Right
To request a return, customers must send a written request to:

- Order number
- Products to be returned
3. Return Conditions
IThe product must be:
- Undamaged, unused, and unmounted
- Complete and in original packaging
4. Return Costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product using the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be applied for damaged, altered, or incomplete returns.
6. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized products
- Items that have been mounted, modified, or damaged after delivery
